Responsibilities

Develop and manage auto insurance products specific to Texas or Arizona & Indianna
Ensure compliance with Texas, Arizona & Indianna DOI regulations and filings
Drive product performance through analysis and collaboration with internal teams
Identify competitive advantages through research and market data
Support rate filings, form updates, and documentation accuracy

Qualification

Auto insurance experienceProduct development managementTexas market knowledgeArizona market knowledgeIndiana market knowledgePersonal Lines Auto P&C regulationsData analysis skillsCommunication skills

Required

5 + years of experience in insurance product development or management
Working knowledge of Personal Lines Auto P&C insurance regulations
Background in auto insurance; non-standard experience preferred
Strong data, analysis, and communication skills
Experience in auto insurance
Texas, Arizona & Indianna market knowledge is required

Preferred

Non-standard auto experience is a plus
