Capsule is a new kind of pharmacy that focuses on delivering medications quickly and efficiently. As a Pharmacy Operations Associate, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of medications by utilizing computer systems and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Utilizing computer systems to safely package medications, including sorting orders, generating labels, and communicating with cross-functional teams

Operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, including accurate and timely delivery of the above

Ad hoc problem solving to accomplish the safe, accurate, and timely processing and packaging of prescription medications, including surfacing opportunities for improvement when relevant and consistent adherence to company best practices

Required

High School diploma or GED

1+ years of experience in a professional warehouse setting or in sorting and packaging orders for delivery while adhering to safety and quality metrics

Ability to stand for long periods of time without rest, averaging 10-12 hours per shift

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, including comfortability using ladders to reach high shelving and bending down to reach low shelving

Strong proficiency with technology, including Windows PC, and strong ability to learn complex new systems

Availability to work within the required schedule: Schedule: Thursday to Saturday 8am to 8:30pm
