Responsibilities
Drive initiatives that improve pharmacy operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities. Document end-to-end workflows and partner with Product and Engineering to implement process enhancements into the product platform
Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Translate business needs into actionable plans and support the rollout of new workflows, offerings, and features. Build consensus, track progress, and maintain clear communication across teams
Use data to guide decisions and measure the impact of operational initiatives. Develop key performance metrics, analyze trends, and conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps. Collaborate with the team analyst to build dashboards and share insights that drive continuous improvement
Foster a culture of operational excellence through standardized documentation, clear metrics, and continuous improvement. Define and demonstrate what 'good' looks like, driving adoption of best practices across Pharmacy Operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or process improvement; experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth or healthcare environment preferred
Proven ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives from concept to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable process improvements; experience with Google Sheets, SQL, and/or BI tools
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies; skilled at documenting workflows and standardizing processes
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, App Script) and comfort with light technical solutioning or automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
