They are seeking a Maintenance Technician II (HVAC) who will be responsible for hands-on maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are well-maintained and residents are satisfied.

Responsibilities

Refurbish, clean, and make necessary repairs to vacated apartments

Paint interior/exterior surfaces, fences, railings, and ironwork

Tackle everything from appliances, A/C units, heaters, and water heaters to plumbing fixtures, electrical components, windows, doors, and locks

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, small electrical issues, plumbing stoppages, and appliance malfunctions

Keep laundry rooms, mail rooms, bathrooms, offices, clubhouses, storage areas, parking lots, and walkways clean, safe, and ready for use

Clean, treat, and troubleshoot pool and spa equipment

Operate and maintain paint sprayers, A/C recovery units, power washers, key machines, landscaping blowers, and more

Participate in the on-call rotation, responding within 45 minutes to issues such as flooding, fire, HVAC failures, and lockouts

Maintain labeled, stocked, and locked maintenance spaces, follow all safety protocols, and report hazards, vandalism, or resident concerns immediately

Assist with groundskeeping, custodial tasks, moving equipment/furniture, and supporting other team members
