Heidi Semler Interior Design is seeking an Interior Design Assistant to support various design projects. The role involves project management, assisting with design tasks, and maintaining client relationships.

Architecture & Planning

Responsibilities

Project Management: gathering pricing, coordinating ordering, receiving, delivery of items, and installation
Assist with Design: furniture, accessories, tile, paint, etc
Meet with clients with or for Heidi as needed - take notes and follow up
Meet vendors etc. at residences, etc. - take notes and follow up
Maintain and foster relationships with clients and consultants
Draft floor plans and elevations as needed
Maintain office inventory and supplies
Comfortable working and taking direction under Heidi Semler
