Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements

Analyse, document, and optimise workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact

Support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications

Work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable

Act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable

Support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally
