Responsibilities

Creates content for Delaware State Parks social media, eNewsletter, Adventure Blog, digital ads and other communications

Manages, schedules, monitors and maintains Delaware State Parks social media, blog, eNewsletter, digital advertising and other platforms

Tracks and regularly reports on data metrics of digital marketing platforms and makes recommendations for increased effectiveness in future campaigns

Assists with multimedia production (photography, videography) and asset management

Assists in development, preparation and staffing of public promotional events such as trade shows, community events, programs, concerts, fairs, etc

Handles miscellaneous inquiries

Required

Six months experience in social media content creation and platform management including paid ads and boosted posts

Six months experience writing copy and editorial for marketing media

Six months experience in gathering, organizing, formatting, interpreting, or editing information and disseminating the information through the use of print, broadcast, or digital media

Experience with working trade shows or special events to promote a product or service

Knowledge or experience with photography and/or videography

Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving)
