Responsibilities
Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing
Leverage your existing referral relationships while continuing to grow your book of business
Advise borrowers on loan options, structures, and payment strategies
Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure accurate documentation
Utilize technology to strengthen real estate agent relationships and drive repeat business
Address borrower questions and concerns with professionalism and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license (required)
Self-sourced book of business (required)
Experience as a Loan Officer and/or Branch Manager
Strong understanding of residential lending guidelines
Ability to build and maintain long-term referral relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
