Responsibilities
Turn complex customer and market problems into clear product strategies that drive adoption, retention and revenue growth
Lead product discovery to validate the right opportunities and eliminate guesswork
Deliver high impact releases by aligning engineers, designers, SMEs and go to market teams around clear success metrics
Drive execution using Jira and Confluence through strong backlog management, structured sprint planning and clear documentation
Ensure Radix products feel effortless and intuitive by championing UX excellence
Maintain a tight feedback loop with customers to keep Radix ahead of market shifts
Develop and coach product owners so the entire product organization levels up with you
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or data-centric environment
Proven success using agile and lean methodologies to deliver meaningful customer outcomes
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with SQL or other data query tools
Proficiency with our core stack: Jira, Miro, Confluence, Pendo, Figma

Confident partner to engineering who respects the craft and speaks the language
Skilled communicator who can earn trust across technical and business teams
Customer centric thinker who listens closely but owns the product vision
Preferred
Experience in multifamily real estate or financial technology strongly preferred
