Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the used vehicle sales department

Utilize vAuto daily to price, appraise, and manage inventory to market

Control inventory turn, aging, and cost-to-market metrics

Desk deals, structure transactions, and close customers on the floor

Work directly with sales consultants to improve performance and closing ratios

Oversee trade-in appraisals and acquisition strategy

Ensure accurate vehicle merchandising, pricing, and online listings

Collaborate with F&I to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

Monitor key KPIs including gross, volume, turn, and recon costs

Ensure compliance with all dealership, lender, and state regulations
