Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and care
Production Management: Oversee production processes, ensuring jobs meet customer needs and adhere to company guidelines
Job Coordination: Assign jobs to production crews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish
Job Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are orderly and comply with safety and uniform policies
Documentation & Reporting: Complete job files promptly, ensuring accurate records are kept and production costs are managed
Customer Communication: Address customer concerns in a professional manner, working closely with the Contents Division Manager and Owner to resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with contents-related equipment and software used in property restoration
Ability to manage and enforce safety guidelines both on-site and during travel
Strong aptitude for record-keeping and clear communication with staff and clients
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams to ensure high performance
Ability to develop lasting client relationships and maintain excellent customer service
Need to have 3 to 5 years' experience
