This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of EV charging deployment, driving capital strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year CapEx strategy for DCFC expansion
Build investment models to guide site prioritization and ROI-driven decisions
Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure disciplined capital deployment
Identify and secure high-value sites with optimal grid access, traffic flow and commercial viability
Lead due diligence, grid capacity analysis and feasibility assessments
Negotiate LOIs, leases, permits and power agreements in partnership with Legal and Sales
Select and manage EPCs, contractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality builds
Oversee construction, commissioning and go-live operations across multiple regions
Implement scalable processes for safety, compliance and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in infrastructure deployment (EV charging, solar, or electrical)
Deep expertise in CapEx planning, EPC execution and multi-market rollout strategies
Proven ability to lead multi-site infrastructure programs with urgency, discipline and operational excellence
Strong financial acumen with mastery of NPV, IRR, and payback modeling
Exceptional stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
