Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities
Learn to conduct basic vulnerability assessments and security testing activities
Support network security analysis using tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, and Burp Suite
Participate in malware analysis, phishing detection, and incident response simulations
Document findings and assist in creating basic security reports and risk summaries
Gain experience with security frameworks, compliance awareness, and safe computing practices
Collaborate with mentors and peers on cybersecurity case studies and live projects

Qualification

Required

Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields
Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (Linux knowledge is beneficial)

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, or Wireshark
Basic knowledge of networking protocols, encryption, or web security
Previous exposure to labs, certifications, or cybersecurity coursework
