Administrative Team Lead

Ensure that the daily office operations are performed in an efficient manner
Requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments, including Senior Executives
Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of progressive responsible experience in and process improvement, project management and strategic planning
Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with high-volume calendar management
Supervisory experience
