Managing and overseeing the administrative team(s) which include Executive Business Associates and additional administrative staff

Ensure that the daily office operations are performed in an efficient manner

Requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments, including Senior Executives

Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with high-volume calendar management
