Strategic Resilience Group LLC is seeking a Program Manager for the NIH Data Access Program. This role involves leading the delivery of operations, ensuring compliance, and managing risks while interfacing with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance, delivery, and compliance

Lead stand-up, stabilization, and steady-state operations for a government-owned, contractor-operated data enclave

Act as the primary interface to the Government PM, COR, and contracting stakeholders

Direct execution across enclave operations, data linkage, PPRL-related activities, and program operations

Ensure adherence to SOW requirements, performance metrics, and delivery schedules

Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and escalations

Lead and integrate the Deputy PM / Operations Lead, Security & Compliance Lead, and technical leadership

Ensure audit-ready governance artifacts, reporting, and documentation are maintained

Support transition planning, change control, and continuity of operations
