Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting (Hunting): Source new business opportunities through creative and proactive prospecting efforts, including researching potential clients and initiating contact (full sales cycle responsibility)
Customer Qualification & Sales: Conduct outbound calls/emails to qualify potential customers, provide tailored solutions for weight loss medication, and drive sales opportunities for new and expanding business
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business; actively collaborate with Account Managers to help grow current business accounts
Negotiation & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and develop and negotiate tailored pricing solutions that meet client needs while maintaining profitability
Reporting & Performance: Track and report sales activities and opportunities in the CRM software; consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales with demonstrated success in a full-cycle inside sales role
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools. Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven remote work experience
