Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing customer communications using:
Quadient Inspire Designer
Quadient Inspire Interactive
Quadient Inspire ICM
Experience creating communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide user experience and customize output
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Continuous learner with the ability to acquire new skills through self-initiative and hands-on problem solving
Solid understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes used to support sound decision-making
JavaScript
Design patterns and design methodologies
Microservices architecture
Multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing
API development and consumption
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns
REST, JSON, SOAP, XML
JDBC, MySQL
Unit, interface, and end-user testing (functional and non-functional)
Automated testing practices
Accessibility awareness
Secure coding and web application security
DevSecOps practices
Authentication and authorization concepts
Encryption, digital signatures, JWT
SSL, web service proxies, firewalls
SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0

Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification
Content rationalization concepts
ADA document compliance experience

Financial or insurance industry experience (preferred, not required)
