Research and identify potential customers aligned with the company’s target profile
Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and databases
Verify contact details and ensure data accuracy within CRM systems
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, or approved channels
Follow structured messaging and outreach sequences
Conduct timely and professional follow-ups
Respond to initial enquiries and assess interest level
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings or calls for senior team members
Provide clear notes and context when handing over qualified leads
Track outreach activity and response rates
Maintain up-to-date records of communication
Produce regular activity and performance reports
Research and identify prospective customers aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Source decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations
Build segmented prospect lists by industry, role, and geography
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
Follow defined outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and cadence schedules
Personalise outreach where required while maintaining a professional tone
Monitor responses and adapt follow-ups within approved guidelines
Assess prospect responses against defined qualification criteria
Identify buying intent, interest level, and fit
Schedule qualified meetings or calls with senior team members
Prepare concise handover notes to support effective follow-up
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Log all outreach activity, responses, and outcomes
Track key performance metrics (outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads)
Produce structured weekly reports for management review
Adhere strictly to approved outreach processes and compliance requirements
Provide feedback on messaging performance and prospect responses
Support optimisation of outreach scripts and targeting criteria
Contribute to the refinement of lead generation processes over time
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills in English with a professional business tone
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive, structured outreach work
Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets
Ability to work methodically with repetitive tasks and defined targets
Professional and respectful communication style
High level of reliability, consistency, and accountability
Preferred
Previous experience in lead generation, outreach, or business development support
Familiarity with CRM systems or prospecting tools
Experience using platforms for professional outreach
Exposure to sales or growth-focused environments
Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
