Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers worldwide and research suitable targets for outreach
Initiate contact through calls, email, and social channels. Deliver at least ten calls per day and establish a clear foundation for continued engagement
Manage active opportunities, conduct timely follow-ups, address objections, and guide prospects to conversion through confident, well-structured conversations
Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress, and organize the sales pipeline for predictable follow-through
Support upsell or cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and manage long-term customer relationships if assigned
Qualification
Required
Fluent English, written and spoken
Western or neutral accent suited for customer-facing communication
Strong writing and communication skills
Proven sales experience with consistent performance
Resilience when facing rejection; persistence in outreach
Charismatic and articulate presence across calls and written channels
Technical aptitude, preferably with telecom familiarity
Ability to work flexible hours across global time zones
