Responsibilities
Support sales associates throughout the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract execution
Greet, qualify, and assist buyers and brokers visiting the sales gallery
Manage lead intake, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and CRM updates
Prepare and process purchase agreements, addenda, disclosures, and required documentation
Track deal progress and proactively follow up to keep transactions moving
Coordinate with buyers, brokers, attorneys, and escrow/title partners
Support broker relationships and ongoing sales initiatives
Assist with on-site and off-site sales events, broker previews, and presentations
Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and activity tracking for leadership
Qualification
Required
2+ years of real estate sales support or transaction coordination experience
Strong understanding of contracts, sales cycles, and closing timelines
Professional, confident, and hospitality-minded approach
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Proficiency with CRM systems, digital contract platforms, and Microsoft Office
Availability to work weekends and events
Preferred
Real Estate experience strongly preferred
