The role involves implementing security measures, conducting assessments, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure the security of the program environment.

Responsibilities
Implementing and maintaining advanced security measures to protect the program environment from cyber threats
Conducts security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing tailored to the high-security DevOps and sustainment support framework
Monitors network and system activity, promptly responding to potential security incidents
Develops, enforces, and continuously updates robust security policies and procedures to comply with agencies and federal standards
Provides specialized cybersecurity training to personnel
Collaborates with IT teams to ensure secure development, deployment, and maintenance of the system
Qualification
Required
JR - BS IT; Entry level, Cyber management
MID - BS Network engineering; 8 yrs Cybersecurity
SR - MS Cybersecurity; 12 yrs Cybersecurity and management
Top Secret/SCI clearance
Preferred
Comp T/A, A+, or Network+ Certs
CISCO CCNA Certs
CISSP Cert
CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
CompTIA Security+
GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
