Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Law, with experience or knowledge in Labor and Employment Law
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting in-depth Legal Research
Excellent Negotiation skills and the ability to engage in effective settlement discussions
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure to practice law, with a preference for licensure in Colorado or additional states such as New Mexico
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment
Preferred
Prior experience in medical malpractice or related fields is a plus
