Qualification
Required
BS of equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college required
5+ years project management experience in fast-paced SDLCs
High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen, including familiarity developing new software
Ability to execute effective product management and agile techniques and best practices
Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; track record of product success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills (including executive audiences)
Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent understanding and experience of Agile/Scrum methodology
Consistently deliver on deadlines, on time and within budget
Preferred
Masters/MBA preferred and analytic discipline a plus
Scrum Master certification highly preferred
PMP certification preferred
