Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Plex ERP system to address business requirements and enhance system functionality
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and propose technical solutions
Customize and configure Plex ERP modules including Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Quality Management
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Plex ERP reporting tools and SQL queries
Integrate Plex ERP with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and integration platforms
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the Plex ERP system
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, administrators, and IT teams regarding Plex ERP functionality, configuration, and usage
Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides for customizations and enhancements made to the Plex ERP system
Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and patches released by Plex and evaluate their impact on existing implementations
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the Plex ERP environment
Qualification
Required
