Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end operational functions including operations, compliance, finance operations, HR, and technology coordination
Translate corporate and investment strategy into executable operational plans and scalable processes
Oversee remote and cross-border teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and alignment
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and governance frameworks
Optimize workflows, cost structures, and operational risk management
Support fundraising, investor relations, and reporting from an operational perspective
Drive operational readiness for growth, new products, markets, or regulatory environments
Act as a key decision-maker in executive and board-level discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Extensive senior leadership experience in financial services, asset management, fintech, investment firms, or related sectors
Proven experience managing distributed or remote teams
Strong understanding of financial operations, compliance, and risk management
Excellent strategic execution, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with global teams across multiple jurisdictions
Background in scaling financial or technology-driven organizations
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services
Experience working with boards, investors, or private equity / venture capital stakeholders
