Responsibilities
Business process expertise with Model N, pricing, rebates
Great communicator at multi-level leadership levels, collaborates, and activates swiftly
Perform activities following Client’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes for Model N
Responsible for designing and implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions to support Client’s business needs
Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within Commercial Landscape and application stack
Review and Govern Model N business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites
Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams
Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes for Model N
Develop both system and technical documentation for Model N
Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions for the Model N application
