Responsibilities
Leads design workshops and documents requirements and gaps
Develops and documents solution designs
Performs configuration and/or development and unit testing
Creates specification documents where technical development is required
Provides input to testing scope and execution
Provides input to training scope and execution
Performs defect resolution during testing
Provides estimates for ongoing and proposed work
Provides regular updates to workstream leadership
Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and risks to team lead

Workstream activities will span the entire program scope consisting of the implementation of Payroll
