Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Quote to Cash Automation, the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) Product Owner is responsible for defining the policy and processes for CPQ workflows in alignment with the organization’s broader Quote to Cash Reimagine Program
The CPQ Product Owner works cross-functionally with our CPQ vendor, business stakeholders and system administrators to evolve our CPQ capabilities to meet our rapid bookings and revenue growth
Lead CPQ expert in driving significant change from our current state use of CPQ in accordance with our broader Quote to Cash Reimagine program
Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs
Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specificationsDesigns details of automated systems
May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) processes and workflows
Ability to work cross-functionally with CPQ vendors, business stakeholders, and system administrators
Expertise in driving change in CPQ usage
Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business problems
Technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing automated systems and procedures
Experience in configuring system settings and options
Ability to plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing
Capability to create specifications for systems to meet business specifications
Experience in designing details of automated systems
Consultation skills in the area of automated systems
Proficiency in Legal, MS Visio, and Telecommunication
