Performance testing - Loadrunner, Jmeter
Insurance - Guidewire
UFT skillset - VBScript knowledge
Selenium skillset - TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, Java
Guidewire admin systems - Policy Center, Claim Center
Working knowledge on GW Coverage, Exposures and Rating lines
Good exposure on business lines like property, commercial, bonds
Problem solving skillset: Logic development of given statement/problem
Behavioral parameters: Excellent customer facing skill, Team player, good communication skills, work ethics
Any Test/Defect Management tool knowledge is plus like ALM, TFS, Jira
