Responsibilities
Should be able to perform the BA and configuration tasks in salescloud
Should be able to troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo
Have prior experience using 3rd party tools like LinkPoint, Apttus, Conga and Clicktools package
Should be able to configure tableau dashboard (does not need to be expert)
Should be able to configure Marketo Cloud
Must have interacted with ETL team (informatica jobs) and do RCA on bugs
Should be a expert in Selenuim QA tool and functional testing
Should be able to lead functional testing area strategically
Must have worked in JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow as part of previous projects
Qualification
Required
Expert BA and data analyst with in depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com packages (at least 4+ years of experience on project)
