We require someone who has actively participated in projects related to North America payroll, specifically as an Oracle HCM Clouds functional resource
Worked on North America Payroll
Worked in different phases of the project like Payroll Parallel testing, cutover activities, Go-Live, and Postproduction Support
Designed the Entry and Exit criteria for all the payroll parallel runs
Helped the payroll users in processing the Weekly and Biweekly payrolls for the US and Canada
Worked with the payroll users in resolving the payroll processing errors and any new enhancements
Worked on various load files like Unions, Ben Admin, 401K Savings and Loan files using HDL and HSDL
Worked on Balance Adjustments, Balance Dimensions, Feeds, and year-end activities for both the US and Canada
Worked on Monthly, Periodic, and Quarterly Tax Filing with ADP
