Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client business and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals
Provide high quality value adding solutions to customers using Pega platform
Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with their deep functional and domain expertise
Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates

Required

Pega CPBA certified
Total experience of 7+ years
4+ years of experience working as Pega BA on Pega development projects
Good knowledge of Pega product features, frameworks, and functional design
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
Excellent hand-on experience in requirement analysis for Agile development methodology and using VSTS
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
Ability to assess the current business processes, identify improvement areas in To-be process and suggest the solutions
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with excellent collaboration skills
Project and Team management

Preferred

Healthcare domain experience
Good to have Healthcare Payer domain experience in member enrollment
Industry domain knowledge preferably in Contact Center, Medicaid enrollment and Healthcare
