Responsibilities
14+ years in SAP Testing with functional expertise in SAP Core Modules with at least 2 greenfield S4/ Hana implementation experience as Test Automation and Performance Architect
Relevant Testing Tools implementation experience across Test Automation (Worksoft, Tosca, UFT) and Performance Testing (LoadRunner) on multiple SAP end to end flows/ modules
5 years+ on Tricentis products - qtest, Tosca
Good to have - knowledge on other tools like Worksoft, Selenium, UFT
Should be able to provide technical guidance to team on automation and performance products
Propose right fit automation, test management and performance testing tools as per requirements
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new situations, landscape and stakeholders
Adept in working in multi-partner ecosystem against challenging timeframes and directing/leading geographically dispersed cross-cultural teams
Ability to develop POCs across multiple technology areas, customer presentations describing Test Solutions, Test Architectures
Should possess good verbal and written communication skills
Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction
Should possess strong analytical , problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems
Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing and lead performance testing initiatives
