Acts as a liaison between the business and technical organization in planning, directing, and analyzing complex business problems
Manages and prepares system backlog for prioritization
Leads sessions to elicit requirements and creates detailed business requirement documents and obtains stakeholder signoff
Creates functional framework in Jira for projects; manages requirement delivery following agile best practices
Excellent ability to perform and document analysis of complex business, workflow, and technology processes to support development
Support UAT Ops test planning activities
Ability to understand and document system integrations within the insurance ecosystem
Qualification
Required
P&C Insurance experience is mandatory
6+ years' experience in business analysis for technology solutions
Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
Acts as a liaison between the business and technical organization in planning, directing, and analyzing complex business problems
