Senior Salesforce Experience Designer
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Experience Designer who is skilled in the design and presentation of Salesforce user interface designs. The role involves utilizing human-centered design methodologies and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to produce effective design solutions.

Responsibilities
Salesforce UXD Certification preferred
Skilled practitioner with expertise in the design, production and presentation of Salesforce user interface designs that support the needs of the customer
Proven ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts to audiences that are not skilled in a UX discipline
Demonstrated experience with human-centered design patterns and methodologies, including but not limited to Salesforce domain
Extensive knowledge with Agile software methodologies
Comfort with utilizing one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, kanban, etc.) or toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and passion for challenges
Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of design tools such as Axure, Figma and Adobe CS
Portfolio to show examples of Salesforce design work and other UX design work using Axure RP
Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and meetings
Experience in Insurance, FinTech or Financial Services, as a User Experience Designer, leading large, enterprise-wide work efforts across a multi-disciplinary team
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
