N-21.ai is a seed-stage healthcare AI startup seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage and grow strategic relationships within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on client retention, revenue expansion, and ensuring measurable outcomes for clients while advocating for their needs internally.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for Medicare Advantage plans, provider organizations, and healthcare enterprises
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO, CMO, VP Population Health)
Own renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Leadership
Ensure clients achieve measurable ROI and operational impact from the platform
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on outcomes, KPIs, and CMS-aligned metrics
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams
Help design scalable client success and account management playbooks
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in client management, customer success, account management, or healthcare consulting
Direct experience with Medicare Advantage plans, payers, or healthcare SaaS
Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with renewals, expansion discussions, and ROI conversations
High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
