Responsibilities
5+ years’ experience in rule based solution development in complex environment using IBM ODM/Jrules
Ability to interpret business requirement and creation of execution object model
Experienced in development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables
Experienced with IBM ODM 8.X version with WebSphere Application Server
Familiarity with techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization
DB (SQL Server/Oracle)
Unix/Linux
Very good experience in software development; in J2EE, Java, Web Development and SQL; Groovy a plus
Experience in using Java & UI frameworks - Angular, Spring, STRUTS or Jquery
Position requires strong analytical skills, software engineering process skills, and the understanding of XML and creation of XML test data
Experience with IBM ODM, ILOG JRules or any other Rule Engine preferred
Experience with UML, SQL and UNIX Shell Script
Experience with SOAP based Web services is preferred
Experience with REST based Web services is preferred
Familiarity with Bootstrap, JSON, Jenkins, Maven Builds is a plus
Experience in developing APIs using Spring Boot framework, ideally with Docker container or OpenShift Cloud Platform (OCP)
