Responsibilities
Project Manager will be responsible for driving project management activities in the Data warehousing (DW)
Strong understanding of DW process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization
He/ She will be responsible for END TO END project execution and delivery across multiple clients
Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle, which includes scope, resource, cost, schedule, quality, risk & issues, change control and communication management
Involved in full software life-cycle from ideation to implementation to post-production support
Responsible for the revenue growth, profitability, staffing, management & delivery of complex and highly visible engagements; provides significant business value to the client and maintains close working relationships with key clients / accounts
People management: hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance goals, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement and career development
Provide presale support - requirement understanding, estimation and sizing
Experience in creating proposals in response to RFI RFP/ RFQ related to DW/BI
Continuous learning and improvements in Engineering, Technical & Process capabilities
Deep hands-on technical expertise in technical architecture and delivery
Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring
Highly interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
Implement a data-driven culture focused on continually improving the understanding of the customer
Qualification
Required
BI, Incorta knowledge is essential
Overall 12-15 year of IT experience in DW/BI with relevant experience in Project & People Management for min 5 years
