Responsibilities
Grow and empower the next generation of on-chain users
Design and execute community programs that drive education, engagement, and evangelism
Build YO’s community function from day zero, with full ownership and strategic influence
Lead the overall community strategy across Discord, X, Telegram, and other relevant channels
Manage and grow a vibrant online community, ensuring high-quality interactions and sustained engagement
Design and execute campaigns, grassroots initiatives, and advocacy programs
Organize digital and IRL events: AMAs, workshops, community calls, meetups, and more
Collaborate with product, marketing, and ecosystem teams to amplify updates and drive activation
Shape user journeys and create experiences that educate and onboard on-chain users
Qualification
Required
3+ years in community, ecosystem, or marketing roles in crypto / Web3
Deep familiarity with crypto culture, DeFi, and major ecosystems including EVM & Solana
Obsessed with community-led growth and building scalable programs
Proven track record managing communities on Discord, X, Telegram, and running successful campaigns
Experience organizing digital and IRL community events, AMAs, activations, and content initiatives
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create clarity, momentum, and excitement
Strong passion for protocol infrastructure, DeFi education, and meaningful user experience design
