Mid, Senior LevelLifepoint Health® is seeking a technical leader to manage Epic interface development and business intelligence initiatives. This role focuses on system integration, interoperability, and analytics strategy, where you will lead a team to ensure seamless data exchange and optimized reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Epic Bridges interfaces and HL7/FHIR-based integrations
Manage and mentor a team of Epic Bridges analysts, ensuring best practices in interface development
Supervise design, configuration, and maintenance of data interfaces for reliable performance
Facilitate data exchange between Epic and external applications using HL7, FHIR, and APIs
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to meet integration and reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Drive system upgrades, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change control processes for supported systems
Lead business intelligence efforts, including dashboards, reports, and data extracts within Epic
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Expertise in Epic Bridges, HL7, FHIR, and interface engine technologies
Advanced proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling
Experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench)
Familiarity with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI)
Prior experience in healthcare IT environments
