The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee application development and integration projects. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in managing complex IT integration projects within the Commercial Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

Managing application development with integration Projects only (not Infra projects)
Communication skill are critical as interacting with Business teams
Exposure on product (Preferred Guidewire) and custom applications is required
Looking for PM skills and not scrum or agile or technical manager or delivery manager role
Exposure to POC, Pilots, nature of projects etc. would be helpful and large projects and handle multiple projects at one time capability

Required

8+ years of project management experience for complex application and data integration projects
Detailed knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodologies
Candidate has experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects, independently
Career experience within Commercial Insurance (Property-casualty insurance)- MUST HAVE
Project Management Professional (PMP) is required - MUST HAVE
Able to successfully apply waterfall, agile, and hybrid project-delivery methodologies
Experience using Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Planview, SharePoint, etc.)

Preferred

Preferred Guidewire exposure
Exposure to POC, Pilots, nature of projects etc
