Responsibilities
Lead the data migration and implementation projects for Employee Central and S/4 system
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes, including data cleansing and enrichment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems and platforms
Design and implement data validation and testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
Provide training and support to end users on data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the systems
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and provide insights and recommendations for data utilization and optimization
