Responsibilities
Require 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years as a Quality Engineer in Functional & Automation Testing and 2+ Years as QA Lead/Governance Lead
Experience in Capital Markets Domain and preferably in Fund accounting
Experience in creating testing strategies and engineering best practices related to software test engineering, both manual and automated testing
Experience in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Agile Tools, Client ALM
Experience in root cause analysis and defect diagnosis techniques
Experience with implementation of test automation for data warehouse testing
Having experience in QA automation using Java is a plus
Experience working in Agile
Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
Strong process development and implementation skills
Ability to lead and work well with multiple priorities, and effectively handle concurrent demands to prioritize responsibilities
Ability to formulate clear governance strategy, present and gain support
Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
Ability to Translate between the Business and Technology
Ability to navigate across complex interpersonal levels, influence leaders and their decisions
A champion for continuous improvement
