Senior LevelThe Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an ERP Cloud Procurement Lead to manage procurement processes within their cloud-based ERP system. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Lead the procurement team in managing all aspects of order processing, sourcing, and purchasing
Oversee product and inventory management to ensure optimal levels are maintained
Implement and manage ERP systems, particularly in relation to procurement and inventory management
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of procurement processes
Qualification
Required
The candidate must have a strong understanding of order management processes and systems, with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of order processing
The candidate must have a solid background in procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
The candidate must have experience in managing product lines and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet business needs
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud applications would be beneficial
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems would be an advantage
Experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives
Understanding of supply chain processes and systems
Ability to analyze financial data and use it to make informed decisions
Experience with SAP ERP systems
Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
Experience in managing change within an organization, including implementing new processes and systems
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
