8+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Commercial and/or Specialty Lines
Experience working on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire configuration framework
Hands-on experience managing SBT for PolicyCenter
Strong understanding of Guidewire’s product model and P&C policy lifecycle
Experience with version control tools, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery methodologies
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PolicyCenter solutions
