Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support Lead - Remote

The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support Lead to provide L2 Production Support for the Salesforce Platform. This role involves hands-on experience with email marketing automation, campaign management, and working closely with the email marketing team and clients to execute campaigns.

Responsibilities

Hands on experience in handling L2 Production Support for Salesforce Platform
Hands-on experience in understanding Salesforce Customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components
Hands on experience in Integration with SOAP/REST or Mulesoft API
Experience on any of the programming/scripting languages like Java, Java script
Hands on experience in of Email Marketing Automation and Email Campaign Management
Involvement in Email Campaign plans with Marketers and Clients
Working with the entire email marketing team and projects
Creating Lists, Data Extension, User Initiated Emails, Setting up Campaigns, Automations, Deployment
Well versed with Project Management, Quality Assurance, Campaign Management, Reporting, Service delivery and client support operations
Strong JavaScript skills and expert understanding of Aura framework
Strong experience in understanding with XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premises middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
Sales/ Service cloud is added advantage
