Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and network projects
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels using metrics, data, and presentations
Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills
Excellent team player with a high degree of integrity and passion who can work effectively both within the team and cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with Service NOW SPM, JIRA, MS SharePoint
