Responsibilities
Hands-on experience on MS Sql, Data modeling, ADF and Azure ADLS, Data Bricks and CICD as Data lead. RE-INSURANCE Domain knowledge is required
Strong team leadership with demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams that rise to new challenges
Inspiring leader with a track-record of attracting and retaining great talent, raising the bar, and communicating with clarity and alignment
Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within a complex multi-national organization
Proven history of successfully delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget with high quality
Influential leader who inspires teams and works well within a collaborative environment. Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to establish a clear strategy and roadmap which is well aligned with business stakeholders’ expectations and translate it into delivery excellence
Comfortable working in a flat lean organization which requires rolling up the sleeves and getting into the details
Reinsurance experience will be preferred as will need to work from start
Qualification
Required
