Responsibilities
Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level litigation associate for its San Francisco office, ideally in JD class years 2022 and 2023
2-3 years of complex litigation experience, including corporate and partnership, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes
Experience in drafting pleadings and motions, written discovery, and managing schedules
Experience conducting depositions, arguing motions, pre-trial preparation, trials, and arbitrations is a plus
Excellent legal research and writing skills required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team focused
Excellent academic credentials
California bar admission is required
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of complex litigation experience, including corporate and partnership, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes
