Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing)
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Ensure project objectives are met within the scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and improve efficiency
Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources
Track and report project performance, escalating risks and issues when necessary
Align project goals with business strategy and stakeholder expectations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring clarity in progress and project goals
Oversee risk management and change control processes
Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives, promoting feedback for team growth
Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and methodologies
